It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all relevant legal stipulations in the UK while operating their e-bike.
The customers assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds Enviro Electric Bikes Ltd & it's owners free from any liability caused by their use.
In the United Kingdom, electric bikes equipped with a throttle, exceeding the speed limit of 15.5mph and possessing more than 250 watts, are prohibited from usage on footpaths, cycle lanes, or public roads.
Enviro Electric Bikes underscores the importance of adhering to local regulations, which may include registration or licensing procedures, and emphasizes that compliance is the obligation of the customer.
Enviro Electric Bikes shall not assume liability for any repercussions arising from the failure to meet these legal obligations.
Electric Scooters
Electric scooters are not legal in the UK, they are not to be used on any roads, footpaths or cycle lanes. It is the complete responsibility of the customers to ensure you operate an electrical scooter within all national and/or local laws.
