Our team of e-bike experts will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery schedule & our e-bike expert will guide you through your new bike’s functionalities and address any questions you may have.

Delivery Timeline:

Kindly note that opting for our complete assembly and premium delivery service might slightly extend the delivery period. Nevertheless, the convenience and tailored assistance are certainly worthwhile.

Environmentally Conscious Packaging Disposal:

We will handle the recycling of all packaging materials thereby reducing your environmental impact.

Delivery Location: Our delivery services are exclusively available for the United Kingdom mainland.
Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier.

It's worth noting that after our regulatory Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks, delivery times usually shorten to 2-3 days. You will receive notification of your delivery day within 24 to 48 hours.
