  1. Delivery Timeline:

Kindly note that opting for our complete assembly and premium delivery service might slightly extend the delivery period. Nevertheless, the convenience and tailored assistance are certainly worthwhile.

  1. Environmentally Conscious Packaging Disposal:

We will handle the recycling of all packaging materials thereby reducing your environmental impact.

Our Premium Delivery Service is only available for £140 for England Counties. Please get in touch for Wales or Scotland and we will give you a price for premium delivery

Delivery & Returns

  2. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier.

  3. Dispatch Procedure: All products are dispatched either on the same day of order placement or the subsequent day. Deliveries within the UK are facilitated by reputable couriers and are scheduled from Monday to Friday. Orders typically reach customers within 1-7 working days after placement. It's worth noting that after our regulatory Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks, delivery times usually shorten to 2-3 days. You will receive notification of your delivery day within 24 to 48 hours. In the event of any dispatch issues, we'll promptly reach out to you via email or telephone.

  4. Return Policy: We operate a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase.
