Kindly note that opting for our complete assembly and premium delivery service might slightly extend the delivery period. Nevertheless, the convenience and tailored assistance are certainly worthwhile.

  1. Environmentally Conscious Packaging Disposal:

We will handle the recycling of all packaging materials thereby reducing your environmental impact.

Deliveries within the UK are facilitated by reputable couriers and are scheduled from Monday to Friday. Orders typically reach customers within 1-7 working days after placement. It's worth noting that after our regulatory Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks, delivery times usually shorten to 2-3 days. You will receive notification of your delivery day within 24 to 48 hours. In the event of any dispatch issues, we'll promptly reach out to you via email or telephone.

  4. Return Policy: We operate a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase.
