Here at Enviro Electric Bikes we provide the option for our customers to receive their bike fully assembled, tested and delivered to your door with an e-bike specialist to talk through your new bike’s functionalities and answer any questions you may have.

What's included in our Complete Assembly and Premium Delivery Service?

Your bike will be fully assembled, tested and prepared for the road for an additional £150 fee.

  1. Professional Delivery & Specialist Talk Through:

Our team of e-bike experts will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery schedule & our e-bike expert will guide you through your new bike’s functionalities and address any questions you may have.

  1. Delivery Timeline:

Kindly note that opting for our complete assembly and premium delivery service might slightly extend the delivery period. Nevertheless, the convenience and tailored assistance are certainly worthwhile.

  1. Environmentally Conscious Packaging Disposal:

We will handle the recycling of all packaging materials thereby reducing your environmental impact.

Our Premium Delivery Service is only available for £140 for England Counties. Please get in touch for Wales or Scotland and we will give you a price for premium delivery

  1. Delivery Location: Our delivery services are exclusively available for the United Kingdom mainland.

  2. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier.

Deliveries within the UK are facilitated by reputable couriers and are scheduled from Monday to Friday. Orders typically reach customers within 1-7 working days after placement. It's worth noting that after our regulatory Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks, delivery times usually shorten to 2-3 days. You will receive notification of your delivery day within 24 to 48 hours.   4. Return Policy: We operate a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase.
