Ready-to-Ride Delivery:

Your bike will be fully assembled, tested and prepared for the road for an additional £150 fee.

Professional Delivery & Specialist Talk Through:

Our team of e-bike experts will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery schedule & our e-bike expert will guide you through your new bike’s functionalities and address any questions you may have.

Delivery Timeline:

Kindly note that opting for our complete assembly and premium delivery service might slightly extend the delivery period. Nevertheless, the convenience and tailored assistance are certainly worthwhile.

Environmentally Conscious Packaging Disposal:

We will handle the recycling of all packaging materials thereby reducing your environmental impact.

Return Policy: We operate a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase.
