Our team of e-bike experts will coordinate with you to arrange a convenient delivery schedule & our e-bike expert will guide you through your new bike’s functionalities and address any questions you may have.

Delivery Timeline:

Kindly note that opting for our complete assembly and premium delivery service might slightly extend the delivery period. Nevertheless, the convenience and tailored assistance are certainly worthwhile.

Environmentally Conscious Packaging Disposal:

We will handle the recycling of all packaging materials thereby reducing your environmental impact.

It's worth noting that after our regulatory Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) checks, delivery times usually shorten to 2-3 days. You will receive notification of your delivery day within 24 to 48 hours. Return Policy: We operate a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide proof of purchase.
