Full Throttle optional add on (+£299) - UK LEGAL (Please note it will take between 6-8 weeks from your order date to have your bike tested by the DVSA and then delivered to you. Using your Wisper bike on throttle only will reduce your range by up to 30% and the TTP will not help increase range whilst you are using the throttle only. If your bike has been upgraded so it works on the throttle only, we still suggest pedalling when you are able to do so. Use the throttle only function when you need to rest or to help you pull away when setting off.

The use of a full throttle on an electric bicycle is legal in the UK on the condition that the bicycle has been tested, and approved by specific DVSA centres. The correct approval certification must have been issued by the DVSA. The approval certificate must show the bike’s make, model and frame number.

Without the correct certification electric bicycles with a throttle may not legally be used anywhere in the UK where the public has access. This includes private land where a footpath runs across or adjacent to the land.

Well made

Well made but not especially �cool-looking� I�m just getting the hang of this 705 step-through bike. It is strong and well-made, with high quality braking system, and suspension. The design indicates rectitude rather than machismo. The sudden burst of power takes a bit of getting used to � but enables me to go up hills without too much effort. It�s a heavy beast to manhandle through the hall way � but it adds a new dimension to routes and distances that I would not have attempted without the electric assistance.

We have bought two Wisper bikes one for me and one for my wife 705 and a wayfaire we are very pleased with them and can�t believe how well balanced they are we can�t wait to get back on them
